The black arrow marks the left renal vein, separated from the mass by retroperitoneal fat.

The white arrow marks the celiac trunk, abutted by the mass.
The origin of the SMA is visible on the next image of the series.

Also labeled are the aorta (Ao), inferior vena cava (IVC), second portion of the duodenum (Duo), and portal vein (PV).
