Hodgkin's Lymphoma :: Ultrasound guided FNA and core needle biopsy of a supraclavicular lymph node.

Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Histology :: Histology (NOS) || ACR Codes: 68.342
Fine needle aspirate from a left supraclavicular lymph node demonstrates large cells morphologically consistent with classic Reed-Sternberg and Hodgkin's cell variants. These cells are present on a background of mature small lymphocytes and occasional eosinophils.

These features are consistent with Hodgkin's disease, most likely cellular phase of the nodular sclerosing sub-type.
