Chondroblastoma with secondary aneurysmal bone cyst :: Core biopsy and pathology

Axial :: MR - T2 weighted || ACR Codes: 4.3
Large, lobulated mass located in right paraspinal region, precisely at the costovertebral junction of T9 that appears to have epicenter at the ninth rib. Mass extends into the neural foramen and abuts the thecal sac. Mass measures 6.9x4.7x4.6 cm. T2 signaling shows multiple areas of high intensity which correspond to the low signal areas on T1. These areas are represent fluid-fluid levels within a portion of the mass.
