- neoplastic mononuclear chondroblasts with grooved nuclei, mitoses can be seen
- osteoclast-like giant cells
- chondroid matrix stains pink
- linear deposits of calicification (not shown in this sample)
- cystic changes with hemorrhage (not shown in this sample)
