Osteoblastoma ::

Osteoblastoma
Axial :: CT - noncontrast || ACR Codes: 338.3123
Nonagressive expansile lytic process at the right pedicle of L2, involving the transverse process, posterior spinous process and pars interarticularis. The cortical margins are intact (arrows). There are a few septations and the lesion expands the inner cortical margin and encroaches into the spinal canal (*).
