Thyroid Ophthalmopathy :: Image findings and given clinical history are diagnostic.

Graves Ophthalmopathy
Coronal :: MR - T1W w/Gd (fat suppressed) || ACR Codes: 2246.292
There is smooth, symmetric and homogeneous thickening of all four rectus muscles bilaterally. There is sparing of the myo-tendinous junctions. Note is also made of proptosis bilaterally. There orbital fat is normal as are the optic nerves.
