Rheumatoid arthritis

A radiograph of the left shoulder shows:

Marked loss of the articular cartilage of the glenohumeral joint.

Marginal erosions.

Subchondral lucencies in the humeral head that may be subchondral cysts or erosions.

High-riding humeral head compatible with a rotator cuff tear.

Osteopenia.
