Ruptured Dermoid Inclusion Cyst
Axial :: MR - T1W - noncontrast || ACR Codes: 1.3
MRI: There are multiple T1 bright signal foci distributed throughout the subarachnoid space - mostly on the left. These lesions correlate with the fat-density areas seen on the CT images. A larger region of hyperintensity is seen anterior and medial to the left temporal lobe (arrows).
