Diffuse subarachnoid blood causing abnormal high attenuation in the sulci and basilar cisterns. There is dependent layering of intraventricular hemorrhage in the occipital horns of the lateral ventricles - which are dilated. NOTE: The blood clot in the suprasellar cistern - extending into the interpeduncular cistern of the midbrain.
