Hereditary Multiple Exostoses
AP :: XR - Plain Film || ACR Codes: 4.3
Well-defined pedunculated exophytic lesion projects from the metaphyseal region of the distal tibia. There is medullary continuity with the bone of origin. The lesion wraps around the tibia posteriorly, and causes remodeling and deformity of the distal right tibia but no invasion/destruction.
