Adamantinomatous Craniopharyngioma (WHO Grade I) :: Resection, Surgical Pathology

Craniopharyngioma
Sagittal :: MR - FLAIR || ACR Codes: 1.3
There is thin peripheral enhancement after Gadolinium. The optic nerves are splayed by the mass and the chiasm is elevated. The mass fills the sella turcica, and the normal pituitary is not well seen. No hydrocephalus and no evidence of dissemination or metastatic disease.
