Ependymal neoplasms, Ependymoma WHO grade II :: Surgery and Pathological examination

Ependymoma, posterior fossa, 4th ventricle, WHO Grade II
Axial :: MR - T2 weighted || ACR Codes: 1.3
Complex enhancing mass within 4th ventricle. Mass contains fluid ("cystic") and solid elements. The mass obstructs the ventricle outflow resulting in non-communicating hydrocephalus.
