Von Hippel-Lindau Syndrome (VHL) ::

The patient has numerous cystic lesion involving both kidneys, with the left kidney more involved than the right. The largest lesion in her left kidney measures 2 x 3 cm. Her pancreas is diffusely involved with cystic lesions, which don't localize to any particular part of the pancreas. Otherwise, her liver is without lesion, her adrenal glands appear normal, no GI lesions are apparent.
