Endovascular repair of an infrarenal AAA complicated by graft-related and non graft-related endoleaks. ::

Endovascular Repair of an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm
Multiple or Montage :: CT w/contrast (IV) || ACR Codes: 9.9
On follow up CT four days later, axial contrast enhanced images and coronal reformatted images were obtained. Contrast material is seen more inferiorly, below the bifurcation of the graft, within the excluded lumen of the aneurysm. This represents a small amount of collateral backfilling of the lumen of the aneurysm from the visualized lumbar artery. No proximal anastomotic endoleak was seen.
