Penetrating orbital trauma :: Surgery

Axial CT through orbit
Axial :: CT - noncontrast || ACR Codes: 1.4
Note metallic fragment in right orbit with beam hardening artifact. Patient was in extreme pain, limited the exam, causing some movement and asymmetry. Concern about involvement of optic nerve since in center of orbit.
