Patient History

Acute onset of generalized abdominal pain. Previous history of intermittent "colicky" RUQ pain, often related to eating greasy foods.

Exam


Physical Exam and Laboratory

Abdominal distension and decreased bowel sounds, with intermittent borborygmus.


Findings


Summary of Findings

>large calcified mass in the gallbladder
>air in the biliary tree
>air in the gallbladder
>air-fluid levels in the small bowel
>obstructing calcified mass in the small bowel
