Patient History

32 y.o. status post left radical nephrectomy 3 months prior. Has recent CT of the chest revealing a 1.5- to 2-cm irregularly-shaped heterogeneous attenuation soft-tissue density in the left lobe of the thyroid.

The mid left lobe of the thyroid revealed a heterogeneous hypoechoic round lesion measuring 2.5 cm with internal cystic regions and variable vascularity as demonstrated with color doppler
