Contrast-enhanced CT of the chest demonstrates a tubular, soft-tissue attenuation structure lateral to the aortic arch. It extends cranially to join the left subclavian vein and caudally to join the coronary sinus.

Differential Diagnosis

1.   Persistent left SVC
2.   Anomalous pulmonary venous return
3.   Mediastinal adenopathy
