60-year-old female status-post right lumpectomy and axillary node dissection approximately one year prior.
CC and MLO views of the breast demonstrate scattered fibroglandular tissue. Abnormal skin thickening and increased density of the breast parenchyma is visualized in the right breast . Incidental note is made of a right chest wall port.
-Inflammatory or locally advanced breast cancer
-Lymphatic obstruction secondary to metastatic disease to axillary lymph nodes
-Metastatic disease from a non-breast -Primary,lymphoma
-Mastitis
-Post irradiation change
-Lymphatic disruption secondary to lymph node dissection
-Fat necrosis
-Interstitial hematoma
-Systemic conditions (congestive heart failure, renal failure, and hypoalbunemia)
-Dermatologic conditions(psoriasis and systemic sclerosis).
