Patient presents with chronic low back pain, atraumatic. Otherwise healthy. No weight loss.

Exam


Physical Exam and Laboratory

PE:
Vital signs are normal.
Back: No radiculopathy. 5/5 muscle strength, all muscle groups. No sensory neuropraxia.

Fused SI joints, bilateral and symmetric.

1) Ankylosing spondylitis
2) Reiter's
3) Psoriatic Spondylarthropathy
4) Enteropathic Spondylarthropathy
5) DJD with bridging osteophytes
