Secondary Glioblastoma
Axial :: MR - T1W w/Gadolinium || ACR Codes: 1.3
Post contrast axial 3D gradient-echo T1 weighted images (March 2011) indicate an ring-enhancing lesion with extension to the right cerebral hemisphere through the corpus callosum and the anterior commisure-optic chiasm. The optic chiasm as well as the optic nerves and the right cerebral peduncle are involved by the neoplastic process.
