TITLE: Endovascular Repair of an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

DESCRIPTION:
An aortogram was performed to aid in the planning of endograft placement. The AAA was demonstrated to be infrarenal, with a tortuous neck (seen to best advantage on the lateral view). There are duplicated renal arteries bilaterally. There is stenosis of the superior right renal artery. There are stenoses of the origins of the common iliac arteries bilaterally.
