TITLE: Endovascular Repair of an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

DESCRIPTION:
On follow up CT four days later, axial contrast enhanced images and coronal reformatted images were obtained. Contrast material appears to lie outside the lumen of the graft near its superior aspect. Contrast material is also seen more inferiorly, below the bifurcation of the graft, within the excluded lumen of the aneurysm. This may indicate a small amount of collateral backfilling of the lumen of the aneurysm, possibly via a lumbar artery.
