TITLE: Chest radiograph and CT

DESCRIPTION:
Posterior-Anterior (PA) chest radiograph [left] and contrast-enhanced cardiac computed tomography (CT) [right] demonstrating curvilinear subendocardial calcification in the inferobasilar wall of the heart (black arrows). A metallic pacemaker wire is in place with tip projecting in the expected location of the right ventricle.
