Midline Sagittal T1 MR. Look at the third ventricle, you can see the massa intermedia ... and something else.

TITLE: Colloid Cyst of Third Ventricle

DESCRIPTION:
Cystic mass in the roof of the Third Ventricle. Mild dilatation left lateral ventricle. No enhancement of the mass. NOTE: Some colloid cysts will have peripheral rim enhancement.
