TITLE: Osteochondritis dissecans

DESCRIPTION:
There is a large osteochondral defect (arrows), which has increased in size and involves the lateral aspect of the medial femoral condyle. There is increased bony resorption when compared to the previous study. There is a knee joint effusion present. Also labeled:
