TITLE: Ependymoma, posterior fossa, 4th ventricle, WHO Grade II

DESCRIPTION:
Complex enhancing mass within 4th ventricle. Mass contains fluid ("cystic") and solid elements. The mass obstructs the ventricle outflow resulting in non-communicating hydrocephalus.
