TITLE: Sliding (Axial) Hiatal Hernia

DESCRIPTION:
Standing left posterior oblique (LPO) fluoroscopic images of the distal esophagus demonstrate barium-coated gastric folds within a portion of the stomach located above the diaphragm and contiguous with the esophagus. The gastroesophageal junction lies more than 2 cm above the diaphragm. The gastric fundus is positioned normally below the diaphragm. No esophageal strictures were identified.
