TITLE: Axial Thoracic/Abdominal CT with IV and PO contrast

DESCRIPTION:
Heterogeneous renal mass involving the superior pole of the right kidney measuring 5.0 x 5.0 x 4.3 cm concerning for renal cell carcinoma. Multiple additional low attenuating cystic
structures seen throughout the bilateral kidneys consistent with simple renal cysts. Well-circumscribed without evidence of septation, wall-thickening or calcification.
