TITLE: Acute pancreatitis

DESCRIPTION:
Heavy calcifications throughout the pancreas.
Fluid collections and disruption of the normal fat plances around the pancreas. Pancreatic edema and enlargement. Small bowel ileus. No abscess or evidence of bacterial overgrowth.
