TITLE: Endovascular Repair of an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

DESCRIPTION:
An aortic endograft was placed. Bilateral common iliac angioplasty with "kissing balloons" was performed to facilitate placement of the iliac limbs of the graft. In the operating room, an endoleak was identified at the superior aspect of the graft.
