TITLE: Endovascular Repair of an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

DESCRIPTION:
An aortic endograft was placed. Bilateral common iliac angioplasty with "kissing balloons" was performed to facilitate placement of the iliac limbs of the graft. In the operating room, an endoleak was identified at the superior aspect of the graft. Contrast material can be seen outside the lateral margin of the graft, within the lumen of the aneurysm.
