TITLE: Interstital lung disease: nodular pattern

DESCRIPTION:
Lateral chest demonstrates diffuse, 1-4 mm well circumscribed nodular opacities. Additionally there is a poorly marginated mass overlying the aorta and thoracic spine in the region of the superior segment of the left lower lobe.
