TITLE: Aortic Dissection

DESCRIPTION:
Multiple coronal MR images with gadolinium of the chest and abdomen demonstrate a dissection from the arch beyond the left subclavian arter to the infrarenal aorta. The left kidney has two renal arteries. All renal arteries are supplied from the true lumen.
