TITLE: Ruptured Dermoid Inclusion Cyst

DESCRIPTION:
CT: There are numerous fat attenuation foci seen within the left subarachnoid space, predominantly in the region of the Sylvian fissure. Arrows indicate fat droplets in the 3rd ventricle and subarachnoid space of the Left Sylvian fissure.
