TITLE: Cerebral AVM

DESCRIPTION:
There is a large AVM present within the left frontal lobe with dilated and tortous feeding arteries, as well as distended draining veins seen on the MR of the brain. MRI demonstrates numerous flow voids. The conventional angiogram demonstrates hypertrophied MCA branches with early venous filling on the arterial phase images.
