TITLE: Aortic Aneurysm Rupture

DESCRIPTION:
Axial CT image with contrast demonstrates a descending thoracic aortic aneurysm with hyperdense blood throughout the mediastinum and bilateral effusions. Curvilinear calcifications near the spine are presumed to be in the intima.
