History:
37 year old woman with longstanding diagnosis of Langerhans cell histocytosis presents now with hypopituitarism. Prior skeletal surveys reveal lesions in the left femoral neck and vertebra plana deformity of L4. Chest film also shows intersitial lung diseae.
