TITLE: Craniopharyngioma

DESCRIPTION:
There is a suprasellar mass extending into the pituitary fossa. The mass fills the sella turcica, and the normal pituitary is not well seen. The optic chiasm is draped over the mass (arrowheads). Also shown: 4th ventricle, t - cerebellar tonsil, and crista galli.
