TITLE: Orbital floor fracture with entrapment of inferior rectus muscle

DESCRIPTION:
Orbital floor fracture with bone fragment lying just beneath the optic nerve. Inferior rectus muscle noted to be contused at time of surgery. There is a fluid level in the dependent portion of the maxillary sinus.
