TITLE: High-grade glioma representing malignant transformation from low-grade glioma

DESCRIPTION:

Axial T2-weighted images (March 2011) show an evident increase of the size of the lesion which contains cystic areas of necrosis. The lesion is surrounded by edema and exerts moderate mass effect to the surrounding structures.
