TITLE: Multiple Sclerosis

DESCRIPTION:
On T1 sagittal images, there are fine linear areas of lucency in the corpus callosum which are known as Dawson's Fingers.

On T1 Flair images, there are multiple small areas of contrast intensity demarcating demyelinating plaques. Of note, most plaques are oriented in a plane perpendicular to the ventricles.
