TITLE: Achalasia

DESCRIPTION:
Dilation and tortuosity of the esophagus with retained food debris. The esophagus tapers smoothly distally prior to the GE junction. The LES fails to open during the exam. Occasional small jets of contrast were seen passing into the stomach.
