TITLE: Tumefactive Multiple Sclerosis

DESCRIPTION:
Infiltrative mass with high signal on T2 and flair involving the right midbrain, pons and extending into the right thalamus and basal ganglia. Minimal peripheral enhancement noted Lesion is associate with marked mass effect and edema.
