TITLE: Enchondroma, proximal left humerus

DESCRIPTION:
A mixed sclerotic lucent lesion with the appearance of arc and swirls centrally within the proximal left humerus. No evidence of periosteal reaction or cortical thinning. NOTE: Bilateral metallic "nipple marker" beads, used to distinguish nipple shadows from pulmonary nodules.
