Continuing Education for Physicians
The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
USUHS designates this educational activity session for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA category 1 credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Continuing Education for Nurses
This activity session, for 1.0 contact hours, is provided by USUHS, which is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
MedPix™ CME Content and Objectives
This Diagnostic Radiology Education Program consists of a series of weekly clinical case presentations. Cases will include both
simple and complex diagnostic challenges, including common and unusual disease manifestations.
The successful participant will be able to:
- describe the image findings illustrated for the case
- create a differential diagnosis for these image findings
- distinguish between the major diagnostic possibilities
