AP : XR - Plain Film Azygos lobe - Read Topic

A portable AP CXR in MVA patient is noted for a widened mediastinum without evidence of associated rib fractures, apical capping, or pleural effusions. The patient was hemodynamically stable and a subsequent CT of the chest was performed.
