	History	Prior invasive ductal carcinoma with new onset painful, red right Breast.
	Findings	CC and MLO mammograms demonstrate asymmetrically dense right Breast parenchyma without evidence of a focal mass or architectural distortion. T2 and T1 pre and post gad and subtracted axial images of the Breast demonstrate too numerous to count enhancing masses in the right Breast parenchyma and skin with marked skin thickening.

	Diagnosis	Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia of Breast
	History	She "felt a lump" under her left Breast; she has a history of bilateral reduction mammoplasty six years earlier (without complication).
	Findings	Mammography (fig 1) demonstrates an ovoid mass in the inferior left Breast. Left Breast ultrasound (fig 2) demonstrates a wider-than-tall 1.8cm ovoid mass with macrolobulated borders and echotexture similar to surrounding adipose tissue.

	History	51 year old female with a five month history of left hip pain and a history of Breast cancer.
	Findings	Radiographs of the pelvis and left hip demonstrate a large lytic lesion involving the superior and inferior left pubic rami with ill defined margins and cortical disruption along the superior aspect of the medial superior pubic ramus. The fluoroscopic image is taked from a percutaneous biopsy of the lesion with the biopsy needle centerd on the lesion within the left superior pubic ramus.

	Findings	Mediolateral Oblique (MLO) and craniocaudal (CC) mammograms demonstrate subglandular (prepectoral) single lumen saline-containing Breast implants: McGhan Style 468. 	History	60 year old woman with PMH of T1bN0M0 Breast CA and melanoma, both 9 years ago. S/P lumpectomy, XRT, Tamoxifen, local excision. Presents with 3 months of early satiety and nausea. Additional complaint of blurred vision when looking to her left while driving for 1 week.
	Findings	Multiple liver lesions replacing approximately 80% of liver volume. Multiple lesions of brain parenchyma in bilateral parietooccipital regions with diffuse enhancement of overlying skull and dura.
