| Diagnosis | Congenital Dacrocystocele |
| History | 15 day old female infant with suspected Dacrocystocele on physical exam. |
| Findings | There is a well circumscribed cystic mass lesion in the medial canthus which is continuous with the nasolacrimal duct. There is enlargement of the duct distally. There is remodeling of the osseous structures posterior to the mass but there is no invasion or destruction. There is also no communication with intracranial contents. |
