Multiplanar reformat image in the coronal plane demonstrates the left lower quadrant abdominal abscess. An air-fluid level is present within a well-circumscribed fluid collection with an enhancing wall. This collection is adjacent to and contiguous with a thickened descending colon, with adjacent inflammatory fat stranding. (ID = 28720 )
